Have you ever wanted to know how you can reduce your stress and anger? Well Teens there is a way.
One way to reduce stress before it starts is to control what you let in your mind. Your thinking controls your stress and behavior. Too much negetivity can lead to stress and bad unwise behavior but , if you hang around positive friends and let postive things in your mind you will have not so much stress!!
